If you have logs that can't be conveniently moved or you just don't want to, we can come to you. Our band saw mill is trailer mounted or we can use an Alaskan chainsaw mill. Either way, we're mobile. Contact us to tell us about what you'd like to see happen and we'll make it so.
This big leaf maple log was down at the bottom of a ravine. It was way too heavy and awkward to retrieve, so we slabbed it in place and brought it out that way.
Funny story... A kindergarten teacher at the local school ordered some logs for outdoor benches thinking they'd be kindergartner sized logs. Nope. Hence the school parking lot's temporary status as a mill yard.
The tree that started it all! It was already where it needed to be, so it stayed there. Which we realize is cheating to some degree, given that it was at our owner's house.
If you've already got storage space or plans ready to go for your milled logs, it really might be more efficient to not cart them to our place for processing. We're happy to do it on site for you.
